What content is covered

This policy covers user-generated and business-generated content such as reviews, review replies, FAQs, service descriptions, ad copy, images, logos, promotional text, and similar submissions.

Content standards

Content must be truthful, relevant, lawful, and non-infringing. It may not be fabricated, defamatory, abusive, misleading, manipulative, or harmful to platform trust and usability.

Moderation rights

RepairHit may review, remove, limit, de-rank, or refuse content that violates policy or presents quality, trust, legal, or brand risk. Repeated abuse may lead to stronger account enforcement.
