Expected conduct

Content and behavior on RepairHit must be respectful, truthful, relevant, and lawful. That includes reviews, replies, FAQs, profile details, lead interactions, and any other user or business submission.

What is not allowed

RepairHit does not allow harassment, threats, fabricated reviews, impersonation, spam, misleading claims, ranking manipulation, malicious links, illegal content, or publication of sensitive private information without a lawful basis.

Moderation and enforcement

RepairHit may remove content, reduce visibility, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently remove access when needed to protect users, platform integrity, or the brand.
