We used Zion pro 5 years ago to waterproof our basement. We had the best service! They had to return a few times to touch up places that didn’t get fully fixed the first time around. They communicated well and were happy to correct any issues. Unfortunately that has been the furthest from our experience this time. We decided to waterproof our attached garage (basement) in June. It has continued to leak in many spots. My husband and myself have attempted to reach John numerous times most of which have gone without response. We did finally get told we would be worked in the next week (this was in August) and have not heard a word since. We are so disappointed in the quality of work and communication especially since we had high standards from the previous owners. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this company to someone who prioritizes honesty, integrity, and quality. ***edited to add: I have reached out 5x over the last 2 weeks. I’ve had 3 answered calls and have been promised each time someone would call me back the same day. I have still not had a returned call. I’m really not sure why this has been so impossible to resolve. Our previous basement water proofing required “touch ups” and it never felt like an inconvenience and was scheduled promptly.
