David was quick to come fix the washer and had a fair price. The problem ended up being a bigger issue and washer couldn’t be fully fixed without a much larger repair. David noticed this and gave me a partial refund for labor. Good customer service.

We have used David twice now, to fix our washer and he just repaired our fridge experiencing an icing condition. He was able to diagnose over the phone and even ordered parts just to make sure he had everything needed. We have David on speed dial for any future appliance issues

Called Mr. Zander, showed right on time and repaired my washer fast. His service was very reasonable and fair. He’s a nice polite young man and will make it right. You can trust him. I will not use anyone else.

My wife called for a repair, the technician that came out was late, then he attempted to charge me over $500 for a simple repair that I ended up taking less than an hour. This place is a SCAM!!!! Call lake appliance if you need a repair! Definitely not these guys!!
