Emad is by far the best Service tech I’ve ever encountered in my life. Very knowledgeable about his craft and takes time to explain everything he does and advises you how to prolong your system to make it run very efficiently. Great human being, he was very compassionate about our situation. Very punctual and determined to get the job done fast, properly and safe.
