ALL WEEK HEATING

The thermometer and the ac stopped working so I called the service. Their engagement model is service call fee $149 and provides a repair quote. If a customer agrees with the quote, the service fee will be waived and only the repair fee will be charged. Two technicians showed up and found out there was a switch on the wall needs to be turned on. We had no idea why the switch was off. After turning the switch on, everything was back to normal immediately without further inspection or troubleshooting. The total charge was about $275 to turn on the switch, no parts was changed, no other inspection needed. Total onsite time was 5 minutes.

We were on vacation and received a notification that our house was not receiving heat. Friends went over and they also realized there was no hot water. We had a few local plumbers stop by and tell us that they were not able to get a part we needed until most likely Tuesday since there's a blizzard on its way. While on the plane heading home we looked up 24 hour places in the hopes that someone would be able to get the house and fix our heating system. I reached out to All Week and Sam answered my call...once the flight took off we texted for about an hour. I told him the part we needed and he went to a warehouse on Saturday night and found it for me!!! He then told me he'd be there when we got home and he was...at 11:00 Sam texted he was there...he came in and took care of the issue within less than 15 minutes. He was confident when he walked in and we just knew he would figure the issue out. Not only did Sam come at 11:00 on a Saturday night but he also made sure to fix our issue before the forecasted 15 inches of snow and wind. We are beyond grateful and totally blown away by his brilliance and knowledge base...we recommend All Week Heating highly...don't even think twice...if you have an issue with heating or A/C make sure you reach out to them...you will not be disappointed!!!
