My phone wasn't holding the charge i was referred by my carrier T- Mobile to Zagg. Stratton was pleasant and accommodating, the repairs only had taken about 20 minutes and was cost lower then I thought it would be. I will be going back for any future issues and would recommend them 🙂
These guys go above and beyond to fix my phones. They’re fair and they’re honest. I got turned down by everyone when my daughter broke her iPhone 14. They brought in a special tool to fix it, something everyone else said was impossible and saved me hundreds of $$. The Layton and Ogden locations are the best. The Farmington location turned me away. I don’t know if they’re each independently owned or not.
Really easy process, have always loved being able to walk into any Zagg store and get help with my phone screen protectors and case. Dave did an amazing job being personal and helping me right away. He helped me try on different cases and did a great job applying all of my screen protectors to my new phone. super chill dude!
We were sent to ZAGG from AT&T. My daughter and I needed new screen protectors. Stratton was extremely friendly, he made conversation with my 7 year old about our recent Disney trip. He was quick but did a great job on our phones. Even being the only one there with a few customers in line he kept professional and calm and got everything done in a timely manner. Overall great experience and will be returning if need be.
