This is the workmanship you can expect from kodiak. They installed this sprinkler system 2 years ago. I finally noticed because I wasted 1 zone and found the ground wet 4 feet from the manifold even though this zone was not on. I dig it up and find the main line clearly had a puncture since day of install. Absolutely unforgiveable. Also when they put in our flower beds they did not prep at all. Simply threw weed cloth down and tossed back over it. Found soda cans and trash when removing cloth to put in plants. Had so many other problems. But the sprinkler issues were ridiculous. Not the first one I've had to fix from bad install.

Kodiak is the biggest ripoff. Outrageous prices. Subpar work at my residential community. They use a skid to plow and it just smoothes out the snow, leaving a half inch of ice on the roads. We have requested their truck with a plow multiple times to scrape our roads clean and they don't bring it. Then when it was over 40°, they charged us for spreading salt on dry roads one night. They don't listen to their customers and it's highly doubtful we will ever need them in the future.
