Your Shed Guy, LLC

We visited Your Shed Guy LLC on Monday, February 23, 2026, and met the superintendent, Glen. He provided us with quotes for new sheds we were interested in and estimated the cost of moving a TUFF shed at $550. He informed us that Jerry would need to visit our address the next day to assess the move. We waited for three days for Jerry to show up or call, but unfortunately, he did not. We called Glen daily, and he always had an excuse for why no one had called or visited us. Finally, after work on February 27th, Glen visited our house and informed us that he needed to speak with the owner, Jaime, and would call us back that afternoon. We received no call, so we called Glen back on Monday. He still needed to talk to Jaime when he didn’t call back the next day, Tuesday we called him again, only to be told that Jaime refused to move the shed. Our after thoughts are did Glenn really ever talk to Jerry or Jaime? We believe probably not. It’s hard to believe that a company can survive with such poor customer service. This is not a company we will be buying a new shed from and recommend that any unaware prospective buyer should just pass on this company.

I had such a great experience with Your Shed Guy! From start to finish, their customer service was top-notch. Everyone I talked to was super helpful and really took the time to understand what I needed. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. The selection of sheds is awesome! Way more variety and better quality than I expected. You can tell they use solid materials, and I loved that they even have solar options and eco-friendly builds. Installation was quick and professional. The crew showed up on time, got everything set up fast, and made sure it was done right. Everything looks amazing, and I’m seriously impressed with the craftsmanship. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a well-built shed and great service!
