I had an amazing experience at Xirepar! Via truly went above and beyond while fixing my Beats headphones. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was professional, friendly, and attentive. Via took the time to explain what was wrong, walked me through the repair process, and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left.
It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the quality of their work and the customer experience, but Via definitely does. My headphones sound brand new again! I highly recommend Xirepar and especially Via if you need reliable, top-tier service.

If I could, I would give this business less than a star. I’ve dropped my equipment off to be fixed. The lady was decent when we went in, but I never did hear back from them. She said it was gonna be ready in a day or two first she told me I gave her the wrong number and I know my own number so that could not have been the case. That was her reason why they didn’t call me to pick up my devices, which was an iPhone and an iPad that needed repairing. When I called to see what the holdup was, she intern told me that when they opened up the device, there was a slight smell to the battery, which I believe the air probably started the battery swelling. Instead of them, owning the mistake of messing up my battery when they took off the glass and just offered to replace it They wanna make me pay for a battery instead of telling me what happened and replace the battery for free so now I have to pay for my battery to be replaced along with the screen, which is the only reason why I dropped it ought to be repaired because of the screen, but they put the battery on me so I guess I’ll have to pay for that when I pick it up but what I don’t understand was how a general manager, which is what she said she was her name is Kia. She talked to me like I was dirt. I have referred their company to other people so they have received business by word-of-mouth. I have heard about them by word-of-mouth as well. every time I opened my mouth to ask a question to talk she out talk to me she told me off, and then she hung up the phone because I asked her can she please be quiet once to allow me to ask the questions that were in my mind because I was trying to understand for the life of me how I dropped off my iPad to be repaired and ended up with an additional repair price. I already didn’t want to pay the $169.that’s almost the amount I paid for that iPad and I would let them have it and resell it if I didn’t have the books that I’ve written on that particular iPad I’m an author so I want to salvage and keep all of my materials that I have on that iPad some of them of which are extremely private. That Kia young lady she is so rude. I’ve been in customer service over 30 years and that’s just not how you speak to people I wasn’t even an irate customer and she talked to me like I was dirt or grass. I called back. I thought I was calling a different location, but it was the same location and a young man by the name of Michael was super sweet super kind and he was just one of the regular people that work there I thank God for that young man and I thank God for the fact that I’m a Christian because I could’ve lit into that girl, but I did not thank God. I kept my composure and I kept my volume to where it needed to be so that God could be pleased with me after this was all over. There is no way I would have that young woman represent a business that I run. She was lowdown and nasty and it’s people like her they give our race a really bad Name. She is the reason why this business will get a one star rating from me. I would’ve given it a zero star rating if I could if that were possible because all because of her and I want her superiors to listen to our conversation so they can see how horrible she spoke to me
