Nice enough guy. However, this is not a business, this is a one guy operation. I submitted a situation, asked for options and an estimate. Never got either. Showed up and started tinkering around. As soon as he touched my office computer, problems multiplied at an exponential rate. What was described as a 4 hour procedure was still not completed after a week. Switching a drive created over 15 new problems. Was charged $300 for a computer that is now full of glitches, slow, and almost inoperable. I will be buying a new computer tomorrow, which I guess is what I should have done to begin with. Very upset.

My laptop crashed out of nowhere, and I was terrified that I had lost a ton of important documents. I took it to the resident computer wizard at my work who spent a few days trying to recover the data. They were unsuccessful, and I was feeling pretty hopeless. I googled and found this gentleman who had solid ratings—one even talked about how he was able to fix a computer when several others couldn’t. I contacted him, dropped the laptop off, and literally the next day he had all my data restored for a very reasonable price. I was so relieved and would happily use him again if I had any computer issues!
