Wonderful experience with Edwards. We switched from wood burning to gas vented fireplace with ease. All staff interaction was professional and courteous, from choosing the right unit, thank you Megan, down to the install. Would definitely use again and highly recommend. Much more personable than the other stove/fireplace companies.

Today an Edwards Hearth and Home crew installed a wood burning fireplace insert as well as my woodstove that I brought with me when I moved. The whole experience was straightforward, timely and professional from the inspection, through choosing the insert, throughout the install, and even the install cleanup. Their communication was just right. A great family owned business, they are respectful, kind and professional while offering excellent knowledgeable and trustworthy service. Shout out to Dusty, Jay and Megan! This is my second time trusting Edwards Hearth and Home and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

We had our residential gas fireplace replaced in Charlottesville by Edwards Hearth and Home. A combination of several aspects set them apart from other vendors in the Charlottesville area: 1) they carry Valor fireplaces 2) They were willing to do tiling work on the surround and hearth at the same time (and did a great job at that), 3) quoted a lower price (even compared to other quotes that did not include tiling work!), and 4) promptly answered phone calls and texts. It's been a few months since our install and we remain extremely happy with the quality work. If you live in Charlottesville, consider Edwards.
