We brought in an iPhone 14 Pro with broken camera. The technician told us they could fix for $40 with lens replacement. I don’t think he carefully looked at the state of the damage in his diagnosis. When the lens replacement didn’t work we needed pay another $150 for the camera body replacement if we wanted a phone with a functional camera. Disappointed that he didn’t spend any time on the diagnosis before the quote.
This store is top tier. Great phone selection, great prices, and the customer service is unmatched. I recommend Wireless Zone to everyone.Nash is the man!
