Window Options is a great company to get all your windows and doors through. They offer all different types of products for you to choose from and they do a fantastic job of communicating with you out throughout the project. They have great installers you can trust to get the job done right.
Great people to work with. I called to ask if they are able to sell me a part from a manufacturer. Jordan helped by telling me that the part should be under warranty. I was surprised because I called the company first and they told me that I need to buy it from one of their distributor, Window Option Specialist. Jordan was able to contact the manufacturer and got me a warranty on the part. I got it and installed. Part works great and the friendly service from Jordan was excellent. I will work with them for future windows and doors!
