I wish I could leave a 0 star review. We signed an agreement for a 3-day project at the beginning of July and only had workers onsite completing a small portion of work for two days - and one employee left for several hours. Nicholas Kadavy (owner) started refusing to answer our calls and we even gave him multiple chances to come back and clean up the mess left on site and complete the work amounting to the massive deposit we put down. He has no integrity and will NOT complete the work as described. He is quick to cash a check, but don’t expect timely work or a quality finished project. Mortar was left all over the property. Our sidewalk finish is damaged. An expansion joint was filled that should not have been and damaged the finish on our patio, and just overall sloppy work that could have easily been completed but was not. Now we are out thousands and have to pay someone else to fix his work and clean up his mess.
