My initial review accidentally sent under Indiana location instead of Louisville …. Installers Oscar & Rome did a great job. Windows look great! They came from Lexington to Louisville on a Saturday to get job done as promised before Christmas! They had a very long work day, finishing well after dark. Everyone I dealt with from Renewal by Anderson was super nice & helpful. Vadim (sales) Sarah (office staff) and installers (Oscar & Rome) were all terrific! I am very pleased with whole experience!

Window replacement throughout a newly purchased home. Before and after pics below. Cris G, the salesperson, was very flexible and worked with me to ensure I got what I wanted. Josh Richard and his partner were the installers. The windows look great and no mess left. Overall, very pleased with my purchase. However, it blew my nonexistent budget.😉

Renewal by Andersen installed my sliding glass door in 2024 and I experienced an issue with misalignment resulting in air gaps as the door wasn't properly sealing when closed. Scott came out, arrived earlier than expected, saw exactly where the issue was and resolved it right away. He explained the mechanics of the door, ensured that all components were working as intended, and everything was covered under warranty. Quality door matched by quality service!

Great!! From start to finish! Vadim Dale represented the product and install process perfectly he guided my wife and I through the design phase and the purchasing phase of our replacement t windows and doors. The install scheduling was handled by Sarah, who kept us updated with the status of our order and worked with us on the timing of the installation.
