How do these people know a pass is not needed to get into Malibu or Pacific Palisades to work??? Not only did I rearrange my entire week to accommodate their schedule, but they were rude and dismissive. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I actually think they just wanted to start their weekend early. Shame on you.
I received on 11/17 the following email quote for the ‘Napoleon Elevation 42X gas fireplace with black porcelain panels, birch logs/burner, and black, 2" finish trim kit is: $4060.00 net + 384.37 tax $4430.37 total without venting parts FREE DELIVERY TO JOBSITE’ She said it was in-stock Did I say that there is a 30% discount on in-stock items. I went by the store today 11/29/24 in Beverly Hills and told Susan what a great price this was. We had a discussion and then she raised the price by $800, saying she made a mistake in the quote. Haha, no didn’t piss her off. I left.
Although I’ve purchased from them twice in the past & thought I would again, the owner seems to dislike customers, customer service possibly even less. I empathize with the changes to their business, but I will not be supporting their business in the future.
They're 95% fireplaces with a few barbecue grills thrown in. They sell new items and also vintage antique items. They have a fine selection of accessories for fireplaces including about anything you could imagine. The latest thing are the digital fireplaces and they have those too and they just started with digital aquariums
I went into Wilshire Fireplace with a list from my plumber and was met with Jeff who was aloof, unhelpful and VERY rude. He did not want to help and only wanted to send HIS installer when all I requested was supplies. He obviously does not want business and highly suggest to go elsewhere. I did read the reviews beforehand and should have listened to the other poor reviews. You have been forewarned.
