Max calmly and quickly resolved problems with my office computer, and thereby restored data and Apps which would have otherwise been lost. Moreover, he patiently explained the origin of the problems to me in layman's terms, and provided guidance as to how I could avoid such problems from re-occurring in the future. Highly recommended !

I have brought my computers to Max for the past 15 years and I remain a loyal customer. It's like having a knowledgable and honest mechanic-you stick with them because both computers and cars are critical to navigating our lives today. Max always takes the time to explain what my computer situation involves, how much time is required and why one part is superior to purchasing another part. He's also quite funny and good company when I've hung out at his shop waiting for the service he provides. Lastly, there is parking which makes the entire project go smoother. Max is the best!

Max helped me out of a stressful situation! My hard drive wouldn’t connect and I was terrified that I lost years of photos and memories. I was scared to go try to get it recovered because I was worried the experience would make me feel even worse. Max made me feel so at ease from the beginning! He carefully explained everything he would attempt to do and the pricing for each scenario. He was extremely fast with the work and called me that evening with an update. (I didn’t answer because I was watching the Dodgers game, sorry Max!) He offered to knock $100 off the price for selling some parts of my old laptop and I don’t think it was even worth that but he still gave me the discount. Honestly his vibes were flawless and I was low key jealous of his displays of vintage electronics! I wanted that flip phone. 🧐 When I picked up my stuff he labeled everything for me, making the aftercare foolproof. He didn’t mind that it took me a few days to get over to the Westside either. It’s computer repair for dummies, except he treats you like a human being with empathy because he understands that most people probably have anxiety and also he’s a genius who can fix everything anyways. I also got into a long conversation with a musician in the office; clearly everyone who goes here has great vibes. Thanks Max!
