We recently had our bedroom hardwood floors refinished by William Ruiz Hardwood Floors and had a great experience from start to finish. William came out quickly to give us a quote—he was professional, gave us a fair price (not the cheapest, not the most expensive), and his timeline worked perfectly with our schedule. They tore out our old carpet and got right to work on the floors. It was a 3-day job, and they completed it right on time. William’s workers, Saul and another technician whose name I didn’t catch, showed up promptly each day and were respectful of our home. The work was done well, but when one part of the floor didn’t come out quite right, William didn’t hesitate—he drove an hour and a half from another job just to take a look. He assured us he would make it right and that we’d be completely happy—and he delivered. The floors look fantastic now, and we couldn’t be happier. William and his team did an amazing job on our floors, staircase, and baseboards! Our original floors were white tile (which was scary) with old school crown molding and a carpeted staircase. We opted for a light wood flooring that is waterproof, and baseboards that are minimalistic but forever. His showroom has a great collection for a great price, and Tammy was very helpful in our decision for the floors. They even allowed us to take samples home so we can see what they look like in our house. Surprisingly, we went with the lighter shade over the original shade because it looked way better with the lighting of our house, which shows that you really need to see it in your home before you install. They did our first floor flooring and staircase (demo, install, and debris removal) all within 1 week, and even came back to finish the baseboards once we were done remodeling the kitchen 3 weeks later. William is very communicative and very professional. I would hire them again! Now I love our new home!

Our new laminate floor thanks to William Ruiz. The whole experience starting from the measuring and quotes to the picking of the style and color of flooring was perfect. William and Tabitha were so helpful and so knowledgeable about how the installation would go and the qualities of each type of flooring. The installation took less than a week. They always showed up on time and were very professional never damaging any other parts of the house. William was very helpful walking us through the whole installation and telling us how and what needed to be done. I would recommend William Ruiz for anyone who wants new flooring. The quality of the work and material really shows compared to some other flooring companies out there. Thanks!
