Wick's Professional Remodeling

Tom totally remodeled a master bath for my wife and I. We needed a major update, but even more importantly, accessibility. Tom went to great lengths to make it as accessible as possible. Including zero curb shower, accessible toilet and shower seating, plenty of grab bars, and ready for potential future wheelchair use. Tom is a perfectionist. He pays attention to every little detail. Even if I had done the remodel myself, I would never accomplish the same professional polished results. The process was smooth. Communication was good. He steadily worked through surprises as they were encountered. Gave honest and quality advice and cleaned up daily.

It was time for our garden tub to go and to install a user-friendly shower for my husband who has cognitive issues. When taking the bathroom down to the studs, Tom discovered shoddy workmanship that was done when our condo was built, but he knew how to resolve the situation as he is also knowledgeable about plumbing. Tom takes great pride in his work and is passing that along to his apprentice, Sam. Calling Tom was absolutely the best thing we could've done for our bathroom! He does not cut corners or use cheap garbage materials. He does all of the work himself, and, with his 30 years of experience, he does EVERY step the RIGHT, best way. He even found 2 places where we were having leaks from the roof that had caused some of our damage, and he made sure they were fixed before he closed up the ceiling. Our bathroom will be beautiful and top of the line for many years to come!
