An exceptional company. Some really nice people at every stage of my project. It took a little more time than expected but that was because of the holidays getting in the way. Everyone was easily accessible and their attention to detail was excellent. Roger is a great guy and runs a fine operation. Highly recommend!!
Exceptional from start to finish! A very kind and helpful lady answered the phone and the man who performed the work was very professional. Took care to protect walls and other things from their hoses. Carpet looks brand new. Even got a follow up phone call to make sure we were happy with the results. Excellent, professional techs made the job quick and seamless! Our dog got sick and we cleaned carpets with our little green machine, but that left spots of a different color. In less than an hour the carpets looked brand new! Grateful to be able to return the favor and utilize one of our Fire Bins Customers services!
