Both of my garage doors were not working (one wouldn’t open and the other wouldn’t close). I called and the receptionist told me she’d give me a call back once she spoke to the garage techs. She called me back 30-45 minutes later and said they would be to my house in 10 minutes. Xavier arrived and fixed my garage doors and was very reasonably priced compared to other places. He was very informative and gave me information about new garage doors WITHOUT making me feel pressured into buying new doors at that moment. He also provided information on general maintenance. I would highly recommend this company!

Outstanding service and fair honest pricing. Tyler and the crew gave an honest assessment of our needs and transparent pricing. Peggy was so helpful. They treated us with respect and did not try to gouge us in an estimate. They did the work exactly as they said, when they said and in a very efficient and clean way. They reimbursed us for overpaying when they did not have to. We can not say enough about our AMAZING experience with Wards and will recommend them to ALL who ask. BRAVO
