I'm a Happy Camper! I called a little before 11AM on SATURDAY! Mike diagnosed my problem, quoted the price, and immediately began scheduling water heater R&R. I received email & text messages to keep me informed. Brenn showed up with a smile on his face within 1 hour...WOW! Job complete by 1:40 PM! Outstanding! Roy from Westin Plumbing came as soon as we called and immediately began assessing and addressing the leak in our basement. Westin plumbing then came and replaced our sewer line. They did all the work needed before, during and after installation of the new line. They cleaned up the site, both inside and outside and replaced the fence that had to be removed to allow access. Roy, Brendan, Travis and Grant worked tirelessly to get us back up and running quickly. Skilled, professional and friendly. They were happy to answer our questions and address all our concerns. We couldn’t have asked for a better crew and company to do this.
