Western Refrigeration recently serviced our Bryant furnace and connected the humidifier. Ryan did an excellent job of performing the work AND he also took the time to show us how to optimize the system performance via the smart thermostat. He is extremely knowledgeable and does great work. I highly recommend Western Refrigeration to anyone in the Twin Falls area.

They have done quite a bit of work for me and they are amazing!! When they show up they get straight to work, no wasting time for an hour like a lot of other places, and every technician they have sent out is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Customer service is always top tier. Eric usually comes out to help us and he is extremely friendly and always explains everything very thoroughly. Absolutely amazing
Very pleased with the service Eric provided. He was knowledgeable and did a good job. Thank you! Update on 4/21/25. The payment for this service has been extremely confusing and frustrating. I was told that the parts would be covered under warranty and they would contact the manufacturer. 3 more times I received a bill and each time I was told that the manufacturer had not been contacted yet. When I called today I was told that the part had been covered and the cost was for the labor, but the amount owed according to my paperwork had not changed. I think we will look elsewhere next time.
Eric was so great, he was prompt and so helpful. He quickly found the problem with our AC unit and had it working in no time at all. He also took the time to give me some tips and pointers to make sure our unit runs the best! Highly recommend!!
