Jake from Pro-Tech arrived promptly as expected. He diagnosed the problem and was able to complete same day repair. This is the 2nd time in 4 years I have called on them to fix my clothes dryer. Both repairs were covered by warranty, but they will remain at the top of my list to call.
I have had nothing but BAD experiences in twin falls with every business I've come in contact with , they damage my property and try to hide it or deny doing it. I was fortunate to find pro tech! I will never go anywhere else. The tech that came to my house was smart , polite and professional, he was the only person out of 4 that knew how to NOT damage my walls and floors .. THANK YOU PRO-TECH!!
Very professional guy came over to fix my LG washer. He cleaned the lock and said if it quits again, it would need to be replaced. $98.00 pd. Stopped working two and a half weeks later. Called and they said they would order the part. Then he walked to get me on the schedule!!! Great so far. He said It would be 18 days later. I explained that they were just here a couple weeks ago. I told him shouldn’t I be put to the front of the list because this was a come back???? He said I can’t get you any sooner. ARE YOU KIDDING?? I’m so mad I could spit nails. NO MORE PROTECH EVER!!!😡😡😡😡😡
Excellent services. I called and made an appointment. They were true to their word. They were very professional and transparency as to when the job will be done. The technician completed the job of replacing the shattered stove glass door accurately and efficiently. I highly recommend this company.
Poor communication and planning. Set up an appointment for warranty work and they scheduled the appointment for the day before thanksgiving. Then they decided that they were going to do a half day today. So our 8 am to 12 noon appointment got canceled. And because they wrote the phone number down wrong, we didn’t get a cancellation phone call. Now I get to go another week without a dryer. As a truck driver who’s only home on the weekends, it’s very frustrating spending that weekend at a laundromat instead of at home with my kids.
