As owner of A Step Above Inspections Inc , Westech did a great job running a camera through the sewer line for my client. They made a video of of what they saw and it makes my clients feel good about buying the house. They have state of the art equipment and experience plumbers!

The price was very reasonable. The service was done well in a timely fashion. Very polite and informative as well. He kept me included in what was going on. 10/10 would recommend WesTech Plumbing. Even to schedule the service was very easy and the lady was very polite and informative as well getting us scheduled.

Awful experience. We were charged for two hours of “labor” to fix a simple leaky faucet, and nothing was actually fixed. The technician claimed it needed new stems and said they’d order the parts. Then they made us wait over a week while they supposedly “looked” for the part—only to finally admit they never ordered it in the first place. Meanwhile, another plumber came out and fixed the leak in minutes without needing any new stems, proving their diagnosis was completely wrong. It was a great experience. Charlie came after hours. He analyzed the problem and took quick action to make the proper repairs. WesTech treated me honestly and they were easy to work with.
