Matt H and Mark B were both extremely helpful in replacing my daughter’s split HVAC unit. She depends on remote access and this new one even empowers her with voice control to operate her unit and make environmental adjustments. Don't take the little things for granted, because you might not have them someday. Customer service and installation were exemplary. A+++
