Terrible experience. After making big claims about how they could help us, it took them months to submit substandard paperwork to our insurance company (no text, just pictures). Then when the insurance company asked for additional information, I followed up with them several times over the course of a month and never got the information. Working with another company now and we are already getting better results. Do not trust this company.

Communication was clear, the work was done right, and we felt valued the entire time. They made a stressful situation easy and handled everything like true professionals. I have no idea how they ever got a 5 star recommendation. Of course, they didn't give me a chance to find out either. If there was a way I could give them no stars I would. I made an appointment with Caleb at WVR on Friday for a Monday appointment at 10:00, cleared my calendar, waited all day and.....crickets . Ghosted me without a phone call to reschedule. What is up with these contractors who will just stand you up without a call? When you reach out to them for help, you are already in a bad situation, by ignoring you they only make your situation worse.
I had an excellent experience with Kaiden. He was professional, prompt, and incredibly thorough with the restoration work. He kept me updated throughout the process and made everything as stress-free as possible. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations, and I’d highly recommend this service to anyone in need of restoration services.
