Both Jim, who did my initial inspection, and Bryan, who did measurements, an estimate, and offered options and solutions, were impressive in their knowledge and professionalism. West Allis came via a recommendation from a friend and I am so pleased to have followed through. I'm looking forward to continued work with them.
Jacob and Benny were very professional and gave me an honest synopsis of my plumbing issue. They installed a cleanout on a toilet stack, and helped flush out the drains. I am a relatively new homeowner and appreciated that they helped diagnosis and fix the problem within less than 24 hours. They left the basement smelling a lot cleaner, and did an outstanding job! I am confident that things will be running a lot smoother with this new install. I also appreciated the options that I was given during the estimate process. I was quoted a reasonable yet realistic price. I am glad that I chose West Allis Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical because I know that I received the highest quality, friendly and efficient service.
We needed some new piping done in the basement since our current setup had the pipe tight against another pipe and an electrical box. Noah came out and fixed that and also answered my other random plumbing questions. Very nice guy, did the job quick and efficient and also even helped me solve the water pressure issue in the kitchen. Recommend this company as they were decently priced and also very thorough. Thank you!
Lucas initially did a great job of testing our furnace to diagnose the issue and do what he could to get it up and running again. Unfortunately the heat exchanger was shot and I had to replace it but Lucas was very sympathetic and really explained the issue well. Quinn and Luke then came out a few days later to install a new Daikin furnace and did an outstanding job. They were very professional and knowledgeable and the new furnace looks great! Overall, I’m happy I chose to go with West Allis Heating and Cooling for my HVAC needs.
