Our furnace stopped working sometime Saturday night we called them Sunday to see when they could get out to look at it. The earliest they could get here was Tuesday afternoon, not much we could do because everybody else was further out. We got up Monday morning and got ready for the day then got a call saying they could get us in around an hour or so, we were happy about that! About 5 minutes later I got a text saying Jonathan the tech was 15 minutes away from the house, even better we thought! He arrived and was totally professional and ready to work, only had to back to his van once for a part. In no time at all he had the furnace up and running, it was a simple fix and made it a minimal change too. I would recommend this company and tech to anyone and everyone I come in contact with, friendly, professional and caring! Thank you so much.

So glad that I have subscribed to Welzig Comfort Club program. They recommended an inspection of my Hot Water Heater and plumbing throughout our home. The pressure relief valve needed to be replaced after 5-yrs due to corrosion of the anode rod. We had the shutoff valves replaced to use a 1/4 turn valve to avoid any future issues with water leaks in the bathrooms. Preventative action as we are in our retirement years and plumbing can always be tricky with leaks. The biggest benefit of this service was when we learned that the reason for the garbage disposal performing so poorly has been due to improper plumbing due to a kitchen remodel done years ago. We had a deep-sink installed with the granite countertop and that crew retrofitted the plumbing and did not inform me that this was required. It was a challenging project to redirect the pipes but worth the price to have this completed since it was not to code. The professionalism of the 3 plumbers that helped resolve our plumbing issues was exceptional. They were very attentive to details on what was needed.
