(They just deleted their facebook page so this no longer shows as a review there) He charged us 900 for our hot water unit. It clearly costs 485 not including tax at the Lowes where he just purchased the item. We were ripped off, and marked up almost double the cost. He verbally told me it cost 900 when I questioned it, and he quickly left with the check while I was looking up the model number. Can confirm model number e6-40R45d0ttp is not 900!!!! I called him very quickly after he left, and he mentioned it was a "hidden" service fee for pick up and delivery. I asked for a new invoice; however, that would mean his pick up and delivery fee would be 53.89% of the 900 unit (as listed on the invoice) from a store 8 miles away.
