Jesse was awesome, definitely has a lot of knowledge in the plumbing industry. He broke down every issue to where it was understandable and any question I had he was able to answer and explain with ease. Hands down couldn’t ask for a better plumber.
Wow, can't say enough good about this company! Even the phone operator was kind! We had a pipe bust in the attic, and within 2 hours, Jessie was at my house! Thank you! He was courteous, answered all of our questions, and finished work fast! I cannot thank him enough for all he did, and from now on my family and business will be calling Southern!
They came to fix a gas pipe for my Uncle Lester Chevallier and were wonderful!! They did a professional job and went out of their way to do exactly what was asked. They worked fast and efficiently. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Technician’s name was Jessie. He was absolutely amazing!!! He deserves 10 stars. Very efficient with time and extremely knowledgeable in his work.. Kept me informed about everything and explained thoroughly throughout the process. Office staff very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend.
