We called 3 Mountains to fix an issue with the toilet running, and were delighted with everything about working with our technician Megan. She started with the bad news - that we had a larger problem on our hands than a simple leak - the toilet was old and had many components needing replacement or repair. We came to the conclusion that it was time for a new toilet. Megan walked us through the entire process step-by-step, and made it super straightforward for us. She was professional, funny, personable, honest, and knowledgeable, and got the entire job done in a single visit. She even helped us fix a water temperature issue with our bidet. Best of all, the pets loved her, adding their stamp of approval to our own.

Arin did excellent explaining the work that would be done and was able to answer all my questions. The work was definitely done to our satisfaction and all installation of our equipment, including sinks, and re-piping in the kitchen, as well as gas lines for our range and for outside were done perfectly. This company provides excellent quality control and communication was amazing throughout this whole experience. I would definitely recommend using this company if you want your project done right!
