They had an obscure pressure switch that was needed for a project in stock and ready to go. After showing them a picture of what was needed, they saved a project that our team was working on in Bluffton and got them on to other things without needing to track down the part in Toledo and make a return trip to our clients facility. Friendly staff, and lots of other parts. We will return if we are ever working in this area in the future and need parts that aren't stocked on the trucks.
