Mike from Peacock Water was absolutely amazing. From start to finish he was professional, knowledgeable, and super easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood how everything worked before he left. You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does.
Great attitude, on time, and very respectful. If you get Mike, you’re in good hands. Highly recommend!

Had a system installed a couple weeks ago and it’s been the best investment. Mike was wonderful (as are the cookies) at explaining everything that the system does. He stopped in to check everything was working correctly and also helped changing the filter for the first time. If you have hard water and like your appliances staying new, definitely get peacock.
We happened across your services on November 5th. I went up to our neighbors to buy some eggs and Mike was there testing their water and quoting a system since theirs had gone on the fritz. I asked if he would stop by our place when he was done...told him I didn't know if we would be interested but couldn't pass up on the free water testing. Come to find out, our water was pretty bad. We had talked about getting a new system, but never pursued it. I guess everything is done in God's time. Needless to say, we decided it was time to take the plunge (so to speak). Ray was the technician that came out and installed the new softner and RO water system. He was very professional and left everything very clean when he was done. The installation was completed in a timely fashion. Mike came back out on November 25th to test the water to make sure everything was working properly. It was. We have now had the system for almost a month, and we are very happy with it and feel good that our drinking water is soooo much better. Thank you, Mike, for your honesty and no-pressure quote. You were patient and answered all our questions (even though a few of them seemed kind of silly). We appreciated your timely follow-ups...and of course, the cookies. :) Thanks again.
