I have been using Dee & Co for years. I have found them to be super helpful, honest and professional. I have had everything from watch batteries, Jewlery repairs and Jewlery designed. They have never disappointed me! Dee is creative with taking old Jewlery and turning it into something new and fabulous without costing a mortgage payment. I have recommended them to several people and nobody everyone has been more the. Happy! There is a reason they’ve been in business for so many years, especially in a town like Boca where are the customers are hard to please!!!

This establishment charged $32 for a watch battery which they guaranteed for 3 years. This was triple what I previously paid but she convinced me it was a superior battery. 1.5 years later the watch stopped working so I brought it in with the receipt. The woman who said she was the owner said that the battery was only guaranteed for one year but it can last up to 3 years. That was not what I was told originally. She became indignant and I was really shocked that a small business owner would mislead a customer and be so rude. I will never return.

This location is fine for watch battery replacement if they happen to have that battery available. I dropped off my watch on December 5, 2024 and was told it should be ready in one or two weeks since they would have to order the battery. I returned two weeks later (the week before Christmas) and was told they had received the battery but hadn't yet had time to charge and install it. I returned after New Years only to be told it still was not ready and the only person who could install the battery was on vacation. Last week, I gave up and picked up my watch (the new battery was still sitting in the envelope, not yet installed) to take it somewhere else. They had my watch for seven weeks, and had never replaced the battery even though they had received the battery five weeks ago. Terrible customer service.
