Pat did a great job with the flooring but my husband had asked multiple times if he would drop off the extra stain to use as touch-up that he said he would. My husband contacted him via text and called several times but yet he stopped responding after one day he said that he was going to be in the area and just drop it off while on his way to another job. That never happened and he has yet to respond to another message for the last month and a half. We have been trying to get this extra stain for over 2 months now and we probably won’t get it. Disappointing
