The technicians are great, really knowledgeable and do amazing work. My only issue with this company is the customer service. When you make an appointment for a certain day, you can't get an ETA and the technicians just might not even show up. When you call to ask for an update, the person on the phone pretty much acts like they don't know anything that's going on and say they'll call you back, which they never do. This has happened multiple times with this company. Great technicians, and when they actually show up, the work they do is fantastic. But the customer service is just deplorable.

Compressor went out of our a/c under warranty. They had to order one and they kept is updated everyday on the ship date and installed as soon as it came in. Dave did an amazing job installing. He was very friendly and installed in a timely manner!!

We had Wallins install a water softener we bought from Home Depot. It was a simple installation that we couldn’t do because we didn’t have the tools. Keep in mind, we had the plumbing for a water softener already installed. They had to come back four times because they installed it wrong and pipes kept leaking. I just received my bill in the mail and they are charging us $430. Workers were very nice, but when I get a bill for that much, I don’t care how nice you are. I just care about your skills. Hopefully they make it right with a fair price for the quality we got. UPDATE: They did get in contact with us about the issue and sent Jeff to redo the pipes. He did a fabulous job and was very attentive to details. I will be requesting Jeff for any other plumbing we need done in the house.

When we decided to get a new furnace and ac I started calling around for estimates it was becoming a night mare. This company deserves a 10 star rating from the time I called for an estimate till the time they finished the install they were professional and extremely nice. The install men are top of the line and also deserve a 10 star rating. Thank you for ending that nightmare and making it a pleasant experience.

When my husband and I moved into our new home Wallin Plumbing was there to help. They came very quickly and fixed everything that needed done in a professional manner. Wallin Plumbing has always been reliable and great to work with!
