I’ve had a system from Walker Heating and Cooling for a few years, and when I started having issues, the owner called me right away to talk it through. He sent his technicians out quickly to take care of the problem. I had some trouble with the drain line and the outdoor condenser, but everything was under warranty and they handled it fast. I’m glad I picked Walker to replace my system a few years ago. They’re responsive, professional, and really stand behind their work.

I use Walker Heating and Air Condition located in Tyler. I live in Canton, so not too far away. The unit they installed several years ago experienced catastrophic failure a few days ago. Due to some of my service-connected injuries, the extreme cold causes severe pain in certain areas. I expressed those concerns to Walker Heating and Air Condition. They immediately gathered their team and came up with a plan to solve my most urgent need, and two days later I am sitting in a warm house because they installed an entire new Heating and Air Condition unit in my home today as it was under warranty. The whole team was very professional and listened to my concerns, the installation team was very thorough and took extra time to answer all of my questions.

I am a repeat customer of Walker Heating and Cooling and could not be more satisfied with this company! We recently built a new pickleball Airbnb venue called The Picklebarn ETX—over 6,500 square feet with 30-foot ceilings and all of it is climate controlled—Walker Heating and Cooling designed and installed our entire HVAC system. It is the most efficient system I have ever seen! Their expertise in system design more than justifies the investment, making their services well worth the cost.
