I highly recommend this company. Riprock has repaired My washing machine in the past and they did everything they could to try to get my refrigerator fixed. Thankfully, I have a home warranty covering the replacement. But both Kathy and Dee went above and beyond to make sure that I had all the information I needed, and I and my husband are so appreciative. I will definitely use them in the future.
Highly recommend this company! The staff were professional and friendly: all the way from my initial call seeking help to the service call with James. They were able to come to my home quickly to fix my dryer, and James was especially helpful and courteous. Thanks!
Riprock assessed my washer issue and mentioned our dryer vent hose was smashed, so when both parts were available (less than a week) James returned and completed the repairs. The price was fair & his work was outstanding. Highly recommend Riprock Appliance repair.
I have used Riprock for a few repair calls on my washer/dryer set and fridge. For all calls they are professional, on time and reasonably priced. We have had our dryer/washer set for 6+ years now and I truly believe it is because of the great service we have received when we had minor issues!
Doug with RipRock Appliance Repair is great! We have had him out to look at our dryer and he fixed it. Then another problem developed from a clogged dryer vent. He called and explained very well why I may have had a problem and rather than pay for another service call, he saved me time and money. We will always call them anytime we need appliance service!
