My key fob with the transponder and remote buttons fell out and was lost just prior to Thanksgiving, I asked ChatGPT for the best around my location and Von Essen was top recommended and I see why. I called on Friday and Brandon was amazing! Given a family emergency, we were still able to work out a time for him to drive an hour to get me rolling again! On top of that, it snowed while he was on his way! He replaced my keyfob remote, and made a second key on the spot. The prices were so reasonable, and definitely cheaper than a dealership. 10/10

Brandon was outstanding. Easily one of the best experiences I've ever had with a service like this. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my key fob, cut a new physical key, and had the new fob programmed and working in under 10 minutes. As someone from out of town, I wasn't sure how payment would work, but Brandon made it easy with multiple convenient options. Professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful — I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend!
