Very friendly and helpful. Able geo with so much more than just the box stores. Occasionally not at the shop during regular hours due to service calls but that’s expected with a one-person-show.

Best key maker around! Super fast and affordable. I've had to have him make me 15+ keys at a time and he had them done in less then 30 mins. And they work like the original!

Just wanted to say Ive been in Mankato like 5 years now and never knew about this place and I ride an e bike and from the bike being crashed a few times I was on my last key and it was ready to break as well, I thought I was going g to have to spend the hundred bucks for a new ignition but this place saved me 95 bucks which I'd like to think is huge so huge shout out to this place ROCKS!!!!

Alan was extremely helpful when I arrived at his home/place of business. I neglected to bring my extra set of keys for my RV from home in Alaska. He went out of his way to cut me an extra set of 6 keys in less than 10 minutes. What a wonderful job he did. He even offered me a can of spray lubricant to help my locks work smoothly. What else can I say except great customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone! Thanks Alan.
