The other day I was attempting to fix my dryer and Jimmie pointed me in the right direction and gave me an awesome deal on the part. Also recently the fridge stopped cooling and again Jimmie knew what I needed to fix it. Knowledgeable and trustworthy service, I will continue to bring my business here and do my own repairs!

It was early morning, just after some pretty, hefty wind-gusts. The knowledgeable fellow who grabbed our part and prepared it for installation made the whole situation a lot easier to handle- and for a reasonable price. Thank you VIP.

For a place that boasts on their website about being helpful and knowledgeable, including for do-it-yourselfers ... This guy couldn't have been any less short or rude when I went in to ask about getting a wiring adapter. Told me just use Amazon instead. He seemed super annoyed that I went in to his store to try and buy something

The owner of this store has horrible customer service and refuses to take accountability for errors made under his operation. When we called to inquire about a part we had ordered two weeks ago he told us an error had occurred and that the part hadn’t been ordered. When asked what had happened he got an attitude because he did not know and could not tell us, instead saying that he could issue us a refund even though that’s not what we had asked. Instead of dealing with the issue and the questions at hand he immediately resorted to drastic measures which felt incredibly unprofessional and rude.
