They tried to help me find a replacement for my old bathroom fan. They suggested I take out the old one and come back and they will try to find something close.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff! Almost as soon as I walked in, the woman in the office recognized I needed help and the other two gentlemen were helping customers. She first, made sure I knew someone would help and then personally went and found someone so that I didn't have to wait. All I was buying was a light bulb. However, the man helping me treated me like it was as important as any other purchase that could've been more. He spent the time to find the specific item I needed, explained the options, really helped. This is a level of service you don't get at the big box stores. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend them.
