Total rip off. I bought a backflow prevention system that cracked the first winter, then was told that it wasn't under warranty for freeze damage. Turns out the part is faulty and frequently breaks, but they won't compensate me or replace the part.

I DIY. They were patient with me, and helped me get all the parts i needed. Great service! Better prices on everything I bought(compared to lowes).
