I sent my wife into this place with a sample of gravel to match as best as possible. Neither of us really know gravel, so couldn’t have told them exactly what size we needed. Long story short, the sales person looked at the gravel sample and told her she wanted 3/4 inch gravel, so my wife purchased it. Upon delivery, the gravel was not even close to the same size. I brought it to the manager and he made it out to be our fault for not knowing what 3/4 inch gravel is.... hence why we brought them the sample. And by the way, the sample contained 1 3/4 to 2 inch gravel... so not even remotely close. They wouldn’t haul the gravel back, telling me it would cost more than the gravel is worth. I attempted to get them to meet me half way on it to cover half the cost, but they would only agree to provide their dump truck, telling me I had to provide a means of loading it. I don’t own, nor know how to operate a backhoe. Luckily, I have a friend who had access to one and helped me out. After 2 weeks of panic trying to fix it we were finally able to resolve it. We did get our money refunded, but I will not do business with them again. They’re cheap, but they epitomize “You get what you pay for.”
