They are very friendly people with reasonable prices and were able to complete the repair for my front left Break Pads, Rotor, Caliber and Hose replacement in a timely manor. I also like that they have a warranty on the labor and parts. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back for future maintenance.

They don't rob you on fixing your vehicles and they get the job done quickly and efficiently!!!! You will always get smiles from the employees!!!!!!! I love this place!!!! Velasquez and Sons is the best shop around! They were able to fix an exhaust problem that everyone else refused to even attempt. They saved me money for not replacing the part right away. Honest and great professionals!
10/10 Catalytic converter was stolen in Chicago, got a quote from Merlin Auto for $1,600 called these guys, got me in right way, took care of me for $580 labor+parts and gave me a 1 year warranty. Not to mention they did a fantastic job. Very friendly people, hard workers. Went golfing at Washington Park just 1 mile away while they worked on my car the very day I brought it in. Was done within an hour! Exceptional!
The highlighted piece of my car was rattling in the back, thankfully it wasn’t a muffler issue! It took not even five minutes to fix, they didn’t charge me but I still tipped because in such a short amount of time I felt like family under their smiles! I could tell everyone there loved doing their job
