I like to say I don't do 5 stars. If you like me I do not look at ANY 5 star reviews. I like to say they shop is great. Emma is the best. I had issues with my heat. I totally appreciate when they called and broke down everything that could be wrong and asked how I wanted to proceed. What I appreciated the most was when I went to pick up my truck I expressed concerns about what if it wasn't working like I expected. Emma said just call us and we will take care of it. 3 days later I got a call from Emma asking how the heat in the truck was working. Great experience! It's refreshing to get such outstanding communication. I especially like that they instantly referred to me by my name and remembered me when I called or stopped in. The shop is clean and organized and the mechanic was on top of his game. I was informed every step of the way and it was all explained thoroughly. They even called when they suspected a problem, just to keep me informed. Better yet, they solved the problem minutes after we hung up. Overall, I'm impressed, satisfied, and a customer for life. We have had multiple vehicles serviced here over the years and have recommended many friends and family. Great service at fair pricing goes a long way. Can't speak highly enough of them all.
