Vector Security - Hammonton, NJ

We just had the system installed so not sure how it will work for us . The salesman and the installer were both friendly and knowledgeable . The installer had to work around our pet situation which I really appreciate . They also understood our specific needs and took the time to show us how to use the system with these needs in mind . So far I am very impressed . We had ADT before and were not pleased with anything about that company .

I have been a customer for about 8 years and have had a very good experience with Vector Security, from sales (good) to installation (outstanding) to service (exceptional). I’m happy with the system, and Vector addresses any issues that arise. The best part of the story has been the service. I have worked with the Hammonton Office, and the team has been very good. The ongoing maintenance and system add-on’s have been great. Ricky and Frank have been absolutely exceptional to work with, and they are a big part of my satisfaction. In summary, the service quality and customer experience is very good. The cost is somewhat expensive, but they have addressed my feedback on that. So overall, the overall value proposition is very good. As feedback, as Vector has migrated to a call center approach, it has become more difficult to work with Vector, and the call center model can preclude customer relationships. I miss working with Candace in Hammonton.
