We just had a great experience working with our Alarm & Fire Panel company Interactive. It was time to replace our old fire and alarm panel and smoked detectors here at the golf course. Outstanding customer service. This company bought out my service from my old company when they retired. I had an issue at 830pm with my alarm and I called their number. A representative called me right back and walked me through the issue on the phone avoiding a problem that I might have had all night long. Thank you!!!
Called to have someone come out to fix our camera system. Very professional and courteous. Called to let us know they were close and called to make sure we were satisfied when the job was done. Tech was able to solve our issue in a timely manner and gave suggestions along the way to better help us in the future. Highly recommend Interactive Security.

I had an issue with my security alarm system, and the company sent somebody over to look at it. The technician who came over, was very efficient in solving the problem. To my surprise, he came in and put coverings over his shoes before he entered the house. Like I said, the technician was very polite , efficient and professional. He took care of the problem, and he also showed me a few things on my keypads for future reference. I am a new customer to the company and I will continue to be so.
